The jewelry ages gracefully, gaining a patina; you can slow this process by storing it in a dry, dark, airtight container, away from moisture. Orders are shipped from California. If you have ordered something that is not in stock, on pre-order or delayed, we will email you about fulfilment and timing.

For international shipping, some countries levy taxes, customs fees or other duties when goods are imported. These are determined at the point of entry and must be paid before the package is released. Clearance fees and any delays they cause are the customer’s responsibility.

While we can not cover customer negligence, we will do our best to cover production related defects during the first year from the date of purchase.
